Effective Balance is initiated and owned by Huub van Schaijik.

Huub van Schaijik graduated in 1990 at the Technical University of Delft in Industrial Organization and business economics.

As a financial specialist with technical know how, Huub has developed an administrative system, simpler and more effective than the market standards.

From 1998 Huub has been managing partner and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the consulting firms Kreaton and Xtendes. He integrated the administration after the merger in Corgwell Group, the former Interim Management of Deloitte.

Before Huub has worked before at Fokker Aircraft as an assistant Controller, abroad as a Project Coordinator for Medecins sans Frontieres and as a Logistical Manager and Controller for Solvay Draka (medical) foils in Enkhuizen.
